Residential Architect
Salary: US $65,000-80,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Support production of project documentation and detailing
Coordinate with senior design and technical team members on mixed-use and residential projects
Participate in the approval of submissions including building code research and specifications
Work alongside project lead and directors to develop designs concepts
Prepare presentations for client meetings
Review design for compliance with project requirements and relevant codes
Attend site meetings throughout construction and liaise directly with contractor to respond to queries
Qualifications:
A Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited university
5+ years of professional post graduate experience
Licensure in New York
Professional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong sketching and design ability
