Intermediate Interior Designer
Salary: US $65,000-80,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Contribute to design and construction documents under the supervision of senior staff and partners on new buildings and rehabs.
Coordinate with senior design and technical team members on hospitality and residential projects
Participate in the approval of submissions including FFE specs and interior detailing
Coordination with consultants and outside contractors to support project timeline
Qualifications:
A Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design from an accredited university
5+ years of professional post graduate experience
Proven experience in high-end restaurants, bars and hotels.
Proficient in freehand sketching
Professional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Spexx software
