Responsibilities:
A minimum of 9 years applicable planning and project management experience in hospital/health facilities
Experience of developing and leading a team of healthcare designers
Strong design skills in the planning of health facilities at both the macro (planning) and micro (rooms) level
Demonstrate an extensive understanding of health design complexity, knowledgeable of planning and design guidelines and codes
Confidence in the planning of different department types
Experience leading and mentoring team members
Qualifications:
A Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited university
9+ years of professional post graduate experience
Licensure in New York
Professional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
