Senior Project Manager
Salary: US $95,000-110,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Lead design and construction documents on new buildings and rehabs.
Utilize experience and technical knowledge and monitor quality of the construction documents keeping in mind schedules and budgets
Provide coaching communication as appropriate with team leaders and team members who are responsible for work flow/timelines, etc.
Coordinate with senior design and technical team members on projects
Controls the oversight of project scheduling, cost analysis, and construction administration
Participate in the approval of submissions including building code research and specifications
Qualifications:
A Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited university
12+ years of professional post graduate experience, 8 years in Project Management role
Licensure in New York mandatory
Professional proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite
